At the end we'll put everything together in a comprehensive spiritual exercise. You'll leave refreshed with new tools to enhance your prayer life and bring you closer to God.

Are your eyes fixed on Jesus?  Your days are challenging so you need to learn how to place your concerns before the Lord and receive his directions moment by moment.  This retreat offers times of guided reflection and spiritual exercises that will help you enter into a dialogue with Jesus where you discover how to place your concerns at his feet. Then you'll see and hear what he would have you do.

Experience the spiritual practices of Jesus and the apostles that helped them to see and do what the Father is doing.  Practice meditation on scripture in a manner followed by early Christians.  Write down God's personal instructions to you for keeping your life focused on what he has for you.

At the end you'll make a personal devotional plan that will help you live the cycle of God's rest. You'll return to your world with tools to commit your challenges to God and receive his direction.
